David Byrski
David Byrski’s love of music began early in life and has continued to grow while playing a variety of instruments in a number of country, rock, blues and jazz bands. He claims that Mark Chestnutt has been a major influence in shaping his country voice.
Dave started to explore music while playing drums, lead guitar, bass guitar and vocals in bands. After a few years he decided to step away from the band format and began playing a lot of country cover songs t small gigs and gatherings. But still this was not the perfect fit. He dug deep into his own life and began to write from the heart.
Performing all instruments and vocals, Dave has found his niche as a singer songwriter digging deep into his own personal discovery of life, loss and love and building a dedicated following of fans.

As she grew, much of her time was spent writing poetry, but she knew there was something missing in the equation and soon picked up the guitar. Her musical taste and influences ranged from country to rock, folk, rap and reggae which helped Stacey craft her own unique sound.
A songwriting trip to Nashville brought Stacey face-to-face with some of the best in the industry, including Willie Mack, Kim Tribble, Patricia Conroy and Danick Dupelle. Back in Canada, several demos were recorded with a number of the country’s ‘A’ list musicians and the new songs took shape.

SOUTH OF 7:
9:00-9:30pm
There’s a new country band on the scene called South of 7 and they’re bringing a fresh interpretation of Nashville sound up to the North. Comprised of Josh Thompson, Alex Bowes, Jordon White, Will Dudgeon and Ben Bryan, these five unique musicians have managed to find their way to each other under less than typical circumstances.
Thompson, the songwriter and lead vocalist of the band, had no musical experience until his last year at Carleton University, when a hand-me-down flea market guitar began a new chapter in his life. Inspired by artists like George Canyon, Dallas Smith and Brett Kissel, Thompson began by learning and singing cover songs, and quickly moved on to composing his own original material.
Cutting his solo chops while playing the music scene in the Quinte area, Thompson met and added members Bowes on lead guitar, White on drums (and as sound engineer), Dudgeon on Bass Bryan, who plays banjo, mandolin, slide guitar and sings backup harmonies and Gloria Digby who punches out her unique harmonic vocals.
In May of 2015, South of 7 began their adventure, and in a few short months, this country band has won over the hearts of their hometown and beyond; taking home 1st place at the Landmark Events Kingston Showcase and Winning Stirling Fair’s Country Roots Contest, earning them the chance to open for Deric Ruttan,
Currently in the process of completing their debut EP due this spring, the band just released their fast-paced debut single “Go On Go On” to iTunes, other retailers and streaming sites, and announced a March 1st follow up with “I Need a Truck.” They’re looking forward to another busy summer of firsts, festivals and fairs.
